Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of the Rent-A-Ride Philippines Human Resources Management System (HRMS). Authorized users agree to comply with these Terms, applicable company policies, and lawful management instructions.

The HRMS is intended solely for authorized employees, administrators, managers, and other approved users. Access is personal and must not be transferred or shared.

• Keep passwords confidential
• Do not share login credentials
• Use only your own authorized account
• Report suspected unauthorized access immediately
• Protect devices used to access the HRMS

Users must use the HRMS only for legitimate company-related purposes. Users must not:

• Attempt unauthorized access or bypass security controls
• Manipulate attendance records or falsify documents
• Alter payroll information without authorization
• Impersonate another employee
• Upload malicious files or interfere with system operation
• Extract confidential employee information
• Abuse administrative privileges or exploit vulnerabilities

Employees are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. Knowingly submitting false, misleading, altered, or fraudulent information may be subject to company procedures and applicable law.

Attendance and payroll calculations are based on system records, company policies, approved schedules, and authorized adjustments. Employees should review their records and promptly report discrepancies through the proper company channel.

The HRMS may issue or store memoranda, Notices to Explain, written warnings, announcements, policies, employment records, acknowledgments, and payroll records. Electronic acknowledgment confirms receipt or review where indicated; it does not automatically mean agreement unless expressly stated.

The company aims to keep the HRMS available but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, upgrades, network failures, infrastructure issues, security incidents, or circumstances beyond company control.

Rent-A-Ride Philippines may modify, add, remove, or update HRMS features as operational requirements evolve.

Access may be restricted or suspended when necessary for employment status changes, security concerns, suspected misuse, account compromise, maintenance, policy enforcement, or legal or operational requirements.

The HRMS interface, software, company branding, internal documents, templates, and proprietary workflows are owned by or licensed to Rent-A-Ride Philippines unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying, distribution, reverse engineering, or commercial use is prohibited.

Users may encounter confidential company, employee, payroll, operational, or partner information. Such information must not be disclosed or used outside legitimate company purposes.

Misuse may result in account suspension, internal investigation, disciplinary action, termination where legally and contractually appropriate, or civil or criminal action when applicable. Employment-related action remains subject to applicable procedures and Philippine law.

Although reasonable measures are used to maintain accurate records, technical or administrative errors may occur. Users should promptly report discrepancies for verification and correction.

Use of the HRMS is subject to applicable Philippine laws, company policies, employment agreements, official memoranda, and authorized management directives.

These Terms may be revised as HRMS functions, company policies, or legal requirements change. Continued authorized use after an update constitutes acknowledgment where permitted by law.
